Our services, including but not limited to job postings, candidate access, and premium subscriptions, are considered "used" upon purchase or activation. As such, once a transaction is completed, the sale is final.
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our community. If you believe there has been a technical error with your transaction or if you have encountered an issue that prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, please contact our support team at support@thesfguy.com within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review each case individually at our sole discretion.
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
