About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Workato Consultant to design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and various SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workato automation, API integrations, and scalable system design, along with the ability to independently drive integration projects end-to-end.

⏰ Work Timings
• 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (IST)
• Flexible 3–4 hour break during the day
• Must be available for late evening client calls

🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and manage integrations using Workato
• Develop end-to-end automation workflows (onboarding, data sync, notifications, etc.)
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define scalable solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Workato recipes
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrations
• Lead integration projects independently from design to deployment

✅ Requirements
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workato
• Strong experience working with Salesforce and other SaaS platforms (NetSuite, Slack, etc.)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with JavaScript / Node.js for custom integrations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
