Salesforce Quality Analyst

We’re hiring a Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

💼 Key Responsibilities

– Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and test cases
– Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Provar)
– Perform functional, regression, API, and integration testing
– Manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps
– Support UAT, releases, and production validation
– Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders

✅ Required Skills

– Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
– Experience in automation testing tools (Selenium/Playwright)
– Understanding of Apex testing & SOQL/SOSL
– Hands-on with API testing (REST/SOAP)
– Familiar with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and Agile

🎓 Qualifications

– Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT or related field
– 4–6+ years in QA with Salesforce experience
