Job Overview :

Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/NCR Locations ( WFH/Hybrid)- C2H/ Fulltime

Experience:5 -10 Years

Preferred Immediate Joiners Only

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and technical dependencies.
– Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and integration with external systems.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers and team members.
– Participate in code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are being followed.
– Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations.
– Work with Salesforce administrators to ensure that the platform is configured to meet the needs of the business.
– Identify and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing technical solutions and workarounds as needed.
– Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

Experience and Expectations:

– 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
– Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce integration patterns.
-Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
– Ability to design and develop complex solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.
