Technical Lead – Salesforce

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solution design and development. If you have strong technical expertise and leadership experience, this role is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

– Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
– Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
– Design scalable and secure solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning
– Translate business requirements into technical solutions
– Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
– Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance
– Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
– Handle deployments using CI/CD tools
– Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions

✅ Required Skills

– Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL
– Experience with Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce integrations
– Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
– Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)
– Strong understanding of Salesforce security model
– Experience in data migration and deployments
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations
– Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation
