We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MCAE (Pardot), MCP (Marketing Cloud Personalization), and GTM. The role involves designing customer data solutions, building marketing automation journeys, integrating Salesforce platforms, and supporting marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Activation, Calculated Insights, and Data Graphs.
Build Customer 360 use cases and enable cross-cloud activation with Marketing Cloud and CRM.
Develop and optimize marketing campaigns using AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML-based dynamic content.
Troubleshoot API integrations and platform issues.
Integrate data using APIs, connectors, or MuleSoft.
Work on Apex development and AI-based customizations within Salesforce.
Provide technical support to marketing teams and optimize platform performance.
Collaborate with teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent Builder.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
Experience with MCAE (Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
Experience with MCP (Marketing Cloud Personalization)
GTM (Go-To-Market / Google Tag Manager) experience
Knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, APIs, and SDKs
Experience integrating Salesforce platforms and managing marketing automation
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud Certifications
Experience with AI customizations and Apex development
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent Builder
Experience with advanced personalization and web development
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
